BISBEE – Premier Alliances, Inc. is joining the Bisbee Rotary Club in support of its annual Naco Christmas Spirit effort, helping the local service group to provide 432 jackets to needy children in Naco, Sonora this month.

Through the vendor sources of its wholly owned and operated Print & Stitch business, Premier Alliances was able to provide the Rotary Club with all of the jackets it needed for the event at wholesale prices, saving them thousands of dollars.

“We would not have been able to get the jackets without the wholesale cost, and the quality of the jackets are much better than we had last year,” said Xochitl Orozco, president of the Bisbee Rotary Club.

Orozco said that her organization is one of several working with the Naco Wellness Initiative to provide much-needed items and services at the Naco Christmas Spirit event, where Naco, Sonora residents who have signed up will also receive donations of food, children can take part in arts and crafts activities, and those who wish can also have their blood pressure and blood sugar levels checked.

The Bisbee Rotary Club has been providing support for the Naco community around the time of the Christmas holiday for decades, and this year Print & Stitch played a vital role in helping to keep that tradition alive.

“We are very grateful to Premier Alliances and Print and Stitch for helping us provide a quality product for this charitable event,” Orozco said.

In addition to providing the jackets at-cost, Print & Stitch also embroidered the Rotary “mark of excellence” on each of the jackets at no cost. The donated labor, materials and wholesale pricing on the jackets resulted in nearly $10,000 in savings for the Bisbee Rotary Club.

“The Board of Directors and Staff of Premier Alliances is proud to partner with the Bisbee Rotary Club in contributing to our neighbor’s health and safety,” said John Charley, CEO of Premier Alliances.

Print and & Stitch is wholly owned and operated by Premier Alliances, Inc., a Bisbee-based nonprofit organization that has been working to improve the lives of people with disabilities in Cochise County for more than 50 years. For more information, visit premieralliances.org.
