Premier Alliances hosts food security meeting

Premier Alliances was happy to host and participate in a recent conversation about food security in Cochise County.
Organized by the University of Arizona’s Cooperative Extension Building Healthy Communities Program, the meeting featured a number of representatives from the Tombstone Community Food Bank and Willcox Community Food Pantry, the Arizona Regional Economic Development Foundation, SEAGO, the Legacy Foundation of Southeast Arizona, Arizona Complete Health, the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension Sierra Vista, and Premier Alliances.
We at Premier Alliances understand that, when it comes to social issues like food security, these challenges tend to impact individuals with additional needs even greater than the general population, and we are encouraged to have a seat at the table during these discussions as we all work together to try to address the issue.
